In Rakhtpur of Lakshmipur, a young man named Md. Miraj Hossain (35) has been accused of arguing a murder case due to a land dispute.
He is the son of Majumdar Bair Abdur Rahman of West Charpata village of Charpata Unitan of the upazila, which is the remedy for the poison and protesting and condemning various types of campaigning in the country. He held a press conference on Sunday (June 5) afternoon in Jani.
In a conference held in a Chinese restaurant in the upazila city, he has accused Shahanara Begum and her son Habibullah Sohail and their Mohrar (lawyer assistant) Abu Neoz Tipu for the incident.

Lawyer Assistant (Mohrar) Abu Neoz Tipu said, ‚My job is to manage the cases of the victims. I have not accused Miraj or anyone. The father of the deceased has filed a case against them. The complaint against me is not correct."
Ratpur police station officer-in-charge Shipon Bauzha said that the case of the two families is going on in the land dispute. The case of the death of the deceased is also under investigation. The case is not confirmed at this time.
