Pradeep Kumar Rath, Special Correspondent: Free eye treatment, medicine and glasses distribution program was held in Rakhpur, Lakshmipur, Pallimangal Program (PMK).
On Wednesday (June 17) from 8 am to 12 pm, this treatment camp was conducted at the own office of Pallimangal program in the new market of the city, which is free of more than five hundred patients receive free medical services.
According to the sources, the Pallimangal program has its own customers as well as the general public to avail this service twice a year.
Ophthalmologist and Assistant Medical Officer of Pallimangal Hospital in the ophthalmology camp. Three doctors, including Ashraful Haque Maruf, provide medical services to the patients, and free medicines and glasses are distributed according to the needs of the patients.
Md. Nazmul Saqib, branch manager of Pallimangal program, said that such healthcare activities are being conducted for the underprivileged and low-lying people as part of social constraints and will continue in the future.
