The chief advisor of the interim government has said that no decision has been taken so far regarding the removal of the President. Shafiqul Alam is the press secretary of Muhammad Yunus's chief advisor.

He said this to reporters in front of Rashtrita Guest House Yamuna on Wednesday.

In response to the question of the chief adviser with the BNP, Shafiqul Alam said that there was no discussion with the BNP as the chief adviser on the resignation of the president. It is a routine discussion.

We are in regular discussion with various government partners and this discussion will continue.

"We have asked them (the protestors) to move away from there, where security has been strengthened," he said.
