Ramganj Government Hospital RMO Dr. Roushan Jamil said that he died long before he came to the hospital.
Anischuk Billal's relative said that the body was buried after the conversation with the contractor Alamgir, nothing more can be said.
Alamgir Hossain, the construction contractor of the building, said that Billal has been physically for a few days. He was sick, he could die if his heart was weak on the day of the incident.
Ramganj Upazila Rural Electricity DGM Md. Nural Alam Bhui, said that he had died in connection with the water mortar, and I sent a lineman to the spot and I could not find anyone at the scene.
