In Laxmipur, there was a clash between the supporters of the two sides over the football game, which has reported that at least 8 people were injured, while the injured have been undergoing treatment at Ramganj Upazila Health Complex.
The clash took place in the sand field adjacent to the Brammapadya Diniya Madrasa in Kanchanpur Unit of Sanddhata Upazila on Friday, September 15. On Saturday morning, Deputy Inspector Belatet Hossain of Ramganj Thana Purish visited the spot.
According to the local sources, the local youth took part in the final game of the tournament in the sand of the village of Kanchanpur, the local youth, and the locals participated in the tournament. Accused UP member Emran Hossain said, "I don't know anything about the clash in the field of play. I am a victim of political vendetta."
When asked about this, Kanchanpur Uniton Parishad Chairman Nasir Uddin Khan said, I have heard about the incident, the poison will be solved after discussing with both.
Police Station Officer-in-Charge OC Emdadul Haque said. I have not received any complaint in this incident. If complaints are received, legal action will be taken subject to investigation.
