The police recovered the body of a woman named Moritam Begum (mother of 2 children) (35) from the underground of Ramganj Tawter Market, bypass of Ramganj municipality in Ramganj of Lakshmipur.
The body was recovered from the underground of Ramganj Towter in the upazila around 5 pm on Thursday (September 21) and the woman has come to deposit the installment money at the fourth floor of the market, her husband Monir Hossain. The relatives claimed that he was killed by throwing him down from the 5th floor in the case of a dispute with the people of the insurance. The deceased Morita Begum was the wife of Malek Hajir Bair Monir Hossain of Notagaon village of Ramganj upazila.
The relatives of the deceased said that around 11 o'clock, the 4-year-old child, Md. Minhaj, came to Ramganj by the municipality to deposit the insurance money from the country.
Md. Mohiuddin Sagar, manager of Ramganj Towter, said that the insurance office people have got a baby at 2 o'clock. His mother said that he left him behind. Later I ordered the marketer Zakir Hossain to look at the entire building.
Minhaj, the child of the deceased, said that he had a quarrel with the office sir, after that the mother went upstairs and did not return after going upstairs.
The deceased's husband, Monir Hossain, said that at 4 pm, the National Life Insurance Office has been informed that you have a child sitting in our office crying and crying. You come to the office. Go to your baby. Insurance men have killed my wife Moritham by pushing her.
Md. Monir Hossain, Chief Officer of Ramganj Zonal Office of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. said, "I don't know what happened next in the morning after depositing money with our cashier Abdullahi Rahim at around 12 noon in the morning."
Ramganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Emdadul Haque said the body of the woman was recovered from the underground of Ramganj Tauther and the body has been sent to Sadar Hospital morgue for investigation.
