Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has emphasized fish production to meet the needs of safe nutrition.
He has called on everyone to cultivate fish in rivers, canals, bills or ponds in their respective areas, as well as focusing on fishing process.
"I have fished the lake again a while ago, I hope everyone, who has a little reservoir, wherever there is a little reservoir, you farm fish in the lake.
The Prime Minister said these things while inaugurating the ‘Jati Fish Week-2022’ and the distribution of ‘Jati Fish Medal-2022’ through video conference from Ganabhaban on Sunday morning.
He also said, "Hawj, left, canal, bill, various reservoirs are kept by us. Those who have such reservoirs, give a look at fish farming."
We will have no shortage of fish, we can do this with fish, we can do it with fish, we can give new products in the export field.
The Prime Minister mentioned that there is a huge potential for fish production in this area.
