The testimony of the case ended on March 28. On that day, the investigation officer of the case, Sub-Inspector Sheikh Hasan Muhammad Mostafa Sarotar, gave the last testimony, and the court accepted the testimony of 10 of the 20 witnesses.
It is reported that on January 28, 2015, Aarav Khan went to Moghbazar's house to extort money by intimidating his father-in-law Sekender Ali. He was arrested in front of his father-in-law's house with a bullet-filled revolver.
On the same day, the then Deputy Inspector of the Ramna Model Police Station, Sujan Kumar Kundu, filed a case against Aarav under the Arms Act.
He got bail on March 14, 2018. On 24 October 2018, the court issued an arrest warrant against Aarav while he was on the verge of bail.
