The local officials and employees who are released through the open appointment of the Metro Rail have announced that they will refrain from running the metro rail if the complete service rules are not enacted within the next three working days.

According to the press release, the higher authorities of DMTCL discussed the rules of service till February 17 and will issue a quick board meeting and release the job rules through the khasja job rules subject to the amendment of the job rules.
In a letter earlier on September 12, the advisor of the Ministry of Transport and Bridges gave instructions to make up for the complete job rules, but for some mysterious reason, it has not been implemented till date. More than 200 local and foreign trained skilled officers and employees are running away from the job.
It is said in the press release that the metro rail service will be closed from the next 21 February (Friday) and if the residents of Dhaka are deprived of metro rail services, the concerned authorities of DMTCL will be intimately responsible.
