Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda said that photos can be taken inside the polling booth in the upcoming 11th National Assembly elections, but it cannot be broadcast live from there.

He said this in a press conference organized at the midata center of the election building on Saturday (December 15).

The CEC said today's meeting will discuss the conduct or facilities of the conduct or facilities for conducting the code of conduct, center management, observers, journalists, and will be broadcast on television from next week to comply with the code of conduct.

KM Nurul Huda said, "I have decided that there is no live publicity in the polling booth. Journalists should go to the center in a limited form, so that there is no difficulty for the officials in the polling, there are policies for foreigners as well as foreigners. They should not be able to stay inside the center. They cannot live inside the center. They cannot live outside the polling booth.

The CEC said that the center is inside the polling booth. The center means the house is only in the house. The ground is not allowed to be taken from the house. The secret room can not be taken.

Where the polls are conducted, presiding officers and polling agents sit, the balcony can be done live.

In response to various questions from journalists, the CEC said that if 30-40 people go to the polling booth, they will not be able to work together (presiding officers and polling agents) and have to be responsive to the management of the presiding officer.

He added that mobiles cannot be used inside the polling booth but the decision to slow down mobile banking and internet has not been done yet.

Regarding the violation of the code of conduct, he said, "We have formed 122 election investigation committees. It would be better if they complain to them. The election will be held in the hands of most of the returning officers. There are also executive and judicial magistrates and they can be complained to them."

The Chief Election Commissioner said in the poison of the opposition parties and the violence of the police, we will write to the Home Ministry and the Inspector General of Police in the morning. If you are not involved, you should not be arrested.

Regarding the role of the armed forces, KM Nurul Huda said that the army can detain the situation under the CRPC (criminal proceedings).
