The Cabinet has approved the Ministry of Medicine and the term ‘cosmetics’ with the new law, which will now be known as ‘Medical and Cosmetics Act-2023’.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting and she (Prime Minister) has directed that no government or private project can be done on three cropland. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given such instructions to protect the arable land, a member of the cabinet, who did not want to be named, said the Prime Minister emphasized on increasing food production without leaving any land uncultivated. In this regard, the Cabinet Department will give a letter to all the Ministry of the Ministry.
