On Thursday (July 5), Advocate Eklach Uddin Bhuita, on behalf of Supreme Court lawyer Saida Shahin Ara Laili, filed a writ on the relevant branch of the High Court.
The writ petition has been made defendant by the Cabinet Secretary, Law Secretary, Health Secretary, Inspector General of Police, Director General of Health Directorate and Director General of Narcotics Control Directorate.
