A woman and a young man were arrested by the crowd from the businessmen who were identified as Bhuta Magistrates in the new market of Banitachong Upazila of Habiganj district.
Bhuta Magistrate Alema Akhter (25) father Jugur Ali, village Ladi, Upazila Shatestaganj, and his assistant Rakib Mita (19), father Sagar Ali, village Ladi, Upazila Shatastaganj were sentenced to seven days in the mobile court.
On Tuesday (March 19) afternoon, the common businessmen arrested the accused after realizing the poison of money from the businessmen in the new market of Banichang upazila.
On receiving the complaint, he immediately conducted a mobile court and arrested the accused and sentenced him to the mobile court.
The mobile court was conducted by Banitachong Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Md. Saiful Islam.
Eyewitnesses said that the two people who saw the money from the common businessmen illegally saw the money for money and one of his assistants, sometimes journalists and sometimes human rights officers.
