A human chain and protest rally was held to demand the end of drug trade in Banskanda village of Bakshiganj in Jamalpur.
On Wednesday morning, July 19, 11 Bakshiganj-Jamalpur Maha Sag was attended by more than 500 women and men in the human chain.
The speakers in the anti-narcotics rally and human chain demanded the arrest of Ashraf Ali Prabhatu, a drug dealer of Bashkandar.
Jankipur High School Head Teachers Haroon Ur Rashid, Saiful Islam Lebu, Sohail Rana, Russell Rakib and Selina Begum addressed the rally.
