Bakshiganj Representative:
A motorcycle rider named Moniruzzaman Mintu (45) was killed in a truck and motorcycle collision in Jamalpur's Bakshiganj. The accident took place at 12 noon on Thursday (February 6) at Bakshiganj-Sherpur area at around 12 noon. The deceased Moniruzzaman Mintu was the son of Motahar village of Roumari village of Roumauri upazila.
Local sources and Bakshiganj Highot Police said that on Thursday afternoon, Moniruzzaman Mintu was riding a motorcycle from his own house in Sherpur district town.
After receiving the news, Bakshiganj Facer Service personnel recovered the body and returned to the Upazila Health Complex. Bakshiganj Highote OC Istiq Ahmed said, ‘The body will be handed over to the family after completing the legal process. The killer driver has not been arrested even if he is caught.’
