The Appellate Division has canceled the government's decision to give the appointment letter to the 6,531 candidates who have passed the post of assistant teachers of government primary schools in Dhaka and Chittagong divisions.
The three-member Appellate Division headed by the Appellate Division, M. Ashfaqul Islam, passed the order on Monday (March 3).
The High Court on February 6 canceled the decision to issue appointment letters to 6,531 teachers on various quotas in government primary schools. The High Court bench of Justice Fatema Najib and Justice Shikdar Mahmudur Raji gave this rein to the re-appointment on the basis of merit.
Primary education against the High Court The leave to appeal was filed on behalf of the Directorate. The leave to appeal was filed in the Chamber Court on February 18. The Chamber Court fixed the leave to appeal for hearing in the Appellate Division on March 2. Later, the Appellate Division of the Appellate Division headed by the senior Justice Md Ashfaqul Islam on Monday.
On October 31, 6,531 people passed the final result of Dhaka and Chittagong division (Three Hill Districts) of Assistant Teacher for the post of Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School. This result will be published on the website of the Directorate.
