President Md. Abdul Hamid said that in addition to institutional education, professional, advanced and modern training is essential in creating skilled human resources. He said this in a message on the occasion of ‘National Training Day’.
Bangladesh Training and Development Association (BSTD) is celebrating the 27th National Training Day on Monday (23 January) The President welcomed this initiative of the BSTD, said that the efforts of the state are skilled, experienced, professional, service-oriented and hardworking workers to accelerate the socio-economic development of the state.
Abdul Hamid said, in addition to facing various global challenges, the government is adopting and implementing extensive development plans in various sectors including education, medicine and infrastructure for the purpose of a prosperous and developed Bangladesh.
The proper realization of the activities of the country requires the country to turn its large population into human resources, which requires modern and quality training.
The President said that the Bangladesh Training and Development Association has been playing a positive role in making the government's human resource development efforts successful through conducting research and training for more than 4 decades, while also ensuring the proper implementation of the knowledge and skills acquired through training.
