A CNG driver named Rakib Mita (22) was killed in a head-on collision between Ghoshal in Palash Upazila of Narsingdi and a CNG driver. The accident took place on Friday (June 9) afternoon at a place called Bhagdi Kadamtala, a son of Mali Mita of Asmandi Char Jharjtala area of Asmandi.
Police and locals said that a private car from Panchdona was going from Ghoshal to CNG Chali at around 4:50 pm on Friday.
Ghoshal Police Fanji ASI Harunur Rashid confirmed the truth of the accident and said that further legal action will be taken after talking to the family of the deceased.
