Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Sakhaot Hossain Bakul visited Palash Upazila Health Complex in Narsingdi.
On Saturday (March 7) morning, he visited the health complex of Palash Upazila in the morning, 5 out of 21 doctors on duty at the hospital, 8 out of 16 doctors, 2 of them came after the scheduled sum. He later visited the overall service activities of the hospital and talked to the patients.
Later, Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Sakhawat Hossain Bakul told reporters that we got the news that doctors like Palash Upazila Health Complex did not come. In view of this, we have come to the hospital this morning and got the truth. We have got the presence of 8 doctors out of 16 doctors on duty. We will have to reach the doorsteps of the health services people.
He also said, we are buying rabies vaccine in cash. Every upazila is being given vaccines in the country. Rabix ticker will not be a problem anymore.
Palash Upazila Executive Officer Ishtitak Ahmed, Palash Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Kazi Mohammad Atiqul Islam, Resident Medical Officer Dr. Abdullah Al-Mamun, Inspector (Investigation) of Palash Police Station Qutubul Alam and others were present.
