The government has decided the new office schedule for all the government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-authorized institutions of the country.
After Eid-ul-Azha, the government office will continue with the new schedule.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina chaired the cabinet meeting on Monday (June 3) to give this approval. After the meeting, the Cabinet Secretary Md. Mahbub Hossain knows this.
According to the new schedule, the office will run from 9 am to 5 pm. Prayers will be interrupted from 1 pm to 1:30 pm, now the government office hours are from 9 am to 4 pm.
