The Election Commission (EC) has ordered new projects in the constituencies on the occasion of the parliamentary elections and the suspension of the money distribution. The constitutional body has also asked to stay the same as the grant and relief distribution activities.
On Tuesday (November 21), the Deputy Secretary of the Election Management Branch of the EC. Atitar Rahman has sent four separate instructions to the Ministry of Local Government, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Ministry of Women and Child Poisons and Red Crescent.
It is stated in the local government department that the election code of conduct is not announced or allocated or allocated any kind of grant or allocation in favor of any person or group or institution from the fund of a government or semi-government or voluntary institution from the fund of a government or semi-government or veteran institution.
In order to keep the election free from influence, no candidate can use the city corporation/municipality including the city corporation/municipality for the election of any property of the local government organization, office, vehicle, mobile phone, telephone, etc.
It is said in the letter that no project of revenue or development funding or laying the plaque in any government, semi-government and voluntary institution can be approved, announced or unveiled in the letter.
In the letter to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, it is said that until the election is over, no new type of grant or relief distribution program can be taken up until the election is over, but the relief activities that are being conducted in advance will continue.
In the letter sent to the Ministry of Women and Child Poisoning, it is said that no new type of grant or relief distribution program including the issue of new VGD card can be taken in the constituency, the activities of the relief activities which are being conducted in advance will continue. If new grants or relief distribution activities are required, the Election Commission should be approved through the Election Commission.
The same is said in the letter sent to the Red Crescent Society.
