The election of the 2nd phase of the Union Parishad (UP) will be held on November 11. The polling will be held in the second phase of 848 UP elections.
Election Commissioner Secretary Humaun Kabir Khondkar came to know this information after the commission meeting at the election building on Wednesday.
The last date for the nomination submission is October 17 and the selection of candidates is October 20. And the last date for withdrawal of the nomination is October 26.
