Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) MM Nasir Uddin has commented that the new election is the most challenging challenge in the country.
On Thursday (November 21), the immediate response to the new CEC election was said to be the challenge.
MM Nasir Uddin said, "Elections are a huge challenge in our country, which has been in the past as well, but in the last three elections, we have seen the farce of 2014, 2018 and 2024. We have seen the farce of the election in this context.
"The current situation is different, how many people have died in the last 15 years after a huge mass uprising, how many people were injured, how many people were killed, how many people went missing. Man lost his wealth, lost his wife, lost his wife, lost his father, lost his father, lost his father, lost his son.
He added that only in July-August, 2,000 people were injured. 25 to 26 thousand people were injured. They demanded to vote. They could not be dishonest with their blood and sacrifice. I will give up everything I will give up and try to give a free, featur and credible election to the nation.
The Chief Election Commissioner said that he wants to organize elections with the participation of all parties except the controversial party, but nothing can be said about the controversial issue now, he said.
He said that it is not possible to say how long the election will be held. It is not possible to say until some reforms.
The new CEC said, "Whoever votes, it will be possible. I was the Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Energy and Health. I have handled the challenge of these three challenging ministrys, inshallah I will handle this challenge. Inshallah I will give a free, featur and credible election to the nation through my utmost effort. Inshallah I have never failed in my life. I hope I will never fail inshallah. I hope this will not fail.
