The Supreme Court administration has issued a notification for 11-point instructions to ensure security inside and outside all the courts in the country.
On Monday, the registrar of the High Court Division, Munshi Md. This information is known from a notification signed by Moshitar Rahman.
In the notification, all the subordinate courts of the country, the courts of the tribunals, departments, CCTV outside and court outside the court and around the court boundaries 11-point instructions have been given including the installation of security posts on the wall.
The 11-point instructions are:
১. the . Consolidating the boundary wall of courts and judges' residences.
২. the . Establishing CCTVs outside courts and tribunals, departments, every gate and outside the courts.
৩. the . Constant guarding by security guards outside and inside the court building.
৪. the . The doors and windows of the court building are being examined through the Public Works Department to make the grill more reinforced and re-install the fragile doors and windows.
৫. the . Provision of adequate electric lamps in the court premises.
৬. the . Proper arrangement of safe storage of documents related to the case.
৭. the . Ensure quality furniture/lockers for use in court.
৮. the . Setting up security posts around the court boundaries.
৯. the . To strengthen the round-the-clock police patrol at night in the court areas of the country on an urgent basis.
10. the . Taking appropriate steps to ensure special security of the court building during vacations.
11. the . Provision of adequate police guard during the tenure of every court and tribunal.
