A man named Apan (25) was killed when a soil tractor was overturned in Sirajganj's Tsash. In this incident, the helper of that tractor Shahadat (30) was injured.
The incident took place at Maguzukunda village of Tash-Magu-Za-regional sajkar at around 11am yesterday (9A) The deceased is the son of Abdul Momin of Binnabari village of Saguna Union of Apan Upazila.
According to the witnesses, the soil for the pond was being transported in the tractor. The tractor with the soil overturned while turning the bridge.
The tractor driver Apan and the helper Shahadat was seriously injured and brought to Tarash Hospital where the doctor on duty declared Apan dead, who was sent to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Tashash Police Station Shahidul Islam said that the police have been sent to the spot after receiving the news.
