The District Commissioner's Conference started in 2025. On Sunday (February 16) around 10 am, the conference was inaugurated by the Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
In the opening speech of the conference on this day, he gave a bunch of suggestions in addition to keeping a competitive attitude in the upper districts of the respective districts.

In order to reduce the suffering of the birth certificate, Dr. Yunus said, ‘Every citizen must acquire the ability to issue birth certificates. The suffering of issuing birth certificates should be reduced. Similarly, in the same way, you should be sincere in issuing passports and you have to be sincere in giving them a passport.
The chief advisor also said that how to improve the quality of education in any district, we have to work in this regard.
