Teknaf has abused the reporter of the online media Dhaka Post for the construction of a gift house in the low land of Teknaf Upazila of Cox's Bazar. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Katsar Khosru, the High Court has expressed the heat of this incident.
The court said the language used by a first class officer is absolutely unacceptable and offensive, and no one can use such a language as a color headed person.

Senior lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan brought the journalist to the attention of the court report published in UNO Mohammad Kassar Khosru's abuse.
The court then said that journalists are the mirror of society, there is a press council, law for making any mistake, but the language used by UNO in the news release is very objectionable and sad, he has also used bad language in a Mastan.
Later, the court ordered the state party to report the issue of departmental measures against UNO Mohammad Kassar Khosru, abusing the journalist.
Incidentally, on July 21, the Dhaka Post published a report titled ‘Lower Gift Houses Floating in Water‘, which said, ’All the new houses of the government shelter project in the Hnila Hobrrang area of Teknaf Upazila of Cox's Bazar are floating in water. As a result, 27 families are in dire straits.’
On the occasion of the low-lying Gambush Mujib Borsh, the locals were coming to the beginning of the construction of the gift houses, they complained that bricks, sand, rods, wood and other materials were used to build houses, and they used to make the company.

The next day, July 22 at noon, Hilldown District Commissioner at Circuit House. A meeting was held with the top leaders of Cox's Bazar Press Club and Journalist Unity on the initiative of Mamunur Rashid and apologized for using unspeakable language with journalist Saidul Farhad.
In the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner said. Mamunur Rashid said, "We are also very ashamed of the poison. We are not expected to be slandered by a first class government official, he also assured the departmental action against him."
