Citing the circular issued on June 6, 2011, it is said that he is the acting headmaster of the school to any other teacher other than the teacher while he is the assistant headmaster of the school. It cannot be done. It will be considered misconduct for the assistant head teacher to be incapable of taking responsibility for any reason.
If there is no assistant head teacher in the school, the senior assistant teacher will perform the duties of the head teacher.
The new order of the Ministry of Education has been mentioned, but recently it is being noticed that the Acting Headmaster in various institutions is serving a long-time duty without appointing a head teacher and trying to create a favorable environment for himself to become a headmaster. if If it is not possible to appoint the head teacher within six months, any one of the three senior teachers should be given the responsibility as the acting head teacher for the next six months.
If he too If the head teacher cannot be appointed within six months, any one of the three senior teachers should be appointed as the acting head teacher for the next six months.
‘If it is not possible to appoint a head teacher for a long time due to cases, epidemics or any other reasons, the acting head teacher should be changed every six months and fulfill the duties according to the above rules.’
The senior teacher should be determined as per Article 13 of the MPO Policy 2021.
If he serves as acting head for one term, he will not be able to be the acting head for the next one year. Those who are serving as acting heads for more than six months will give responsibility to any one of the three oldest teachers within a month of issuance of this order.
