Dhaka: The final decision of President Ziaur Rahman's ‘Bir Uttam’ will be canceled or not, a final decision is coming soon. For this reason, the National Freedom Fighters Council (JAMUka) has formed a three-member committee.
Member of Parliament Mosharraf Hossain, who is the head of which is the head of which is the member of the Jamuka and MP Mosharraf Hossain, the other two members of the committee are MPs Shajahan Khan and Md Rashidul Alam.
The head of the committee, Mosharraf Hossain, said Ziaur Rahman was directly involved in Bangabandhu's murder, which is not acceptable, and that is why he has decided to cancel the title of the state.
He also said that the decision is already done, now it is only a formality.
Earlier, on February 9, the Jamuka meeting decided to cancel Ziaur Rahman's state title ‘Bir Uttam’ while at the same time it was recommended to cancel the state title of Bangabandhu's self-confessed murderer Shariful Haque Dalim, Noor Chowdhury, Rashed Chowdhury and Mosleh Uddin.
Jamuka says that the reason for canceling the title of Gitaur Rahman is that he has formed a cabinet with violation of the constitution, cancellation of the constitution, supporting Bangabandhu's self-confessed murderers and maintaining close relations, being freedom fighters.
