Farida Itasmin has been elected as the president of the management committee of the National Press Club in 2021-22 and Ilytas Khan has been elected as the General Secretary.
Hasan Hafiz as senior vice-president in the election, Rezonaul Haque Raja, vice president, Mainul Alam as joint secretary and Md. Ashraf Ali, Shahed Chowdhury has been elected as treasurer.
Iltub Bhui's, Zahiduzzaman Farooq, Bhanuranjan Chakraborty, Rahman Mustafiz, Rezanur Rahman, Shahnaz Siddiqui Soma, Syed Abdal Ahmad, Kazi Ranak Hossain, Bakhtiar Rana, Shahnaz Begum Poli have won the post of membership.
Earlier, the polling was held non-stop from 9 am to 5 pm in a festive atmosphere in accordance with the Coronavirus hygiene rules.
