BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is returning home after treatment and is scheduled to land at Shahjalal Airport in the capital today at 6 pm on a special flight.
76 years old BNP Secretary General has been undergoing treatment in Singapore before he was last in Singapore on February 10.
His wife Rahat Ara is undergoing treatment at the National University Hospital in Singapore.
In 2015, he was caught in the carotid artery of Fakhrul Ghaz, who was treated in Singapore after his release. After that he had to go to Singapore for follow-up treatment every year.
