The court has ordered the case filed against Barguna Bhatija to the uncle Gholam Mostafar's case against uncle Golam Mostafar's demand for preventing his uncle from going to the family house.

The accused Amir Hossain is the son of deceased Zanal Abedin of Fuljhuri Uniner Saheb of Barguna Sadar Upazila, and the plaintiff is a resident of the same Kalaka, who is an uncle and nephew.
According to the source of the case, on March 28 of this year, the accused Amir Hossain and his people entered the living room under the construction of Golam Mostafa in the Hawla area of Saheb and threw away the work of the construction and masons.
Plaintiff said, "The people will stop working in the court to get a proper justice.
Accused Amir Hossain said, "All the allegations leveled against me are false. We are the owners of the land and we have also filed documents in this poison court."
Advocate Mahbubul Bari Aslam, the lawyer for the plaintiff, said that there are several cases against the plaintiff and the accused Amir Hossain, who has been denied bail and sent him to jail.
