The High Court has dismissed the revaluation of quota system in terms of employment, which is why the quota system is in place today, Justice Saitra Mohammad Dastgir Hossain and Justice Md. Ataur Rahman Khan's High Court bench gave this order.
Earlier, on January 31, a student and two journalists from Dhaka University filed a writ regarding this application and lawyer Eklach Uddin Bhuita heard the application.
The defendants in the writ are - Cabinet Secretary, Prime Minister's Office Secretary, Law Secretary, Parliament Secretariat Secretary, Public Administration Secretary, PSC Chairman.
