The Department of Meteorology has known that the severe cyclone ‘Remal’ has become a deep depression.

It is said that the strong cyclone ‘Remal’ in Koira and Khulna is currently in Jessore and adjacent areas as a ground deep pressure, which will move northward and gradually fall into the ground and turn into a low pressure.
In this situation, Payra and Mongla seaports have been asked to lower the 10th disaster signal and show local warning signal number 3 instead. At the same time, Cox's Bazar and Chittagong seaports have been asked to lower the 9th disaster signal number 9 and show local warning signal number 3 instead.
Fishing boats and trawlers stationed in North Bay of Bengal have been asked to remain in safe shelter and drive carefully till Tuesday (May 28) morning.
