5 people were seriously injured in a head-on collision between two private cars in Angaradha area of Dumurita upazila of Khulna district.
The accident took place in Angardaha area of Kharnia Union under Dumurita Thana of Khulna-Satkhira Mahasaker around noon on Friday (July 8).
The driver and passenger of Esmut private car were seriously injured.The injured are Ah Salam (35) of Khulna Koira Upazila and Kumar Khair of Mangla Upazila of Bagerhat District Abul Kalam (60) Salahuddin (15) Sheikh Ah Salam (25) Minira (25).
After receiving the information about the accident, a team of Fatar Service rescued the injured and sent them to Dumuria Upazila Health Complex of Khulna district for treatment.
According to eyewitnesses and fauna service sources, a private car number from Khulna to Dhaka Metro C 13-8710 was going towards Chuknagar. On the way, a private car at Dhaka Metro G 33-8615 coming from the opposite direction was hit by a heavy speed of the private car.
In the head-on collision between two private cars, the front part was broken and the driver and passengers of two private cars were trapped and seriously injured. A team of Fataar service rescued the injured and sent them to Dumuria Upazila Health Complex for treatment.
They said that after receiving the news of the accident, the injured were rescued from the spot and sent to Dumuria Upazila Health Complex for treatment.
The private cars involved in the accident have been taken into custody by two police stations.
