On the occasion of Khulna University Journalist Association (Khubisas) 3.4th anniversary, it was organized for the first time in the Badminton Tournament, the first in the Badminton tournament. It has Champi Bandhan, Hubi Unit and Runner-Up Hoyche Rotraact Club of Khulna University.
It is known that all the matches were held in 1 set but the final match was held in 3 sets, which defeated the Rotaract Club in 2-0 sets.
The chief guest at the opening phase of the tournament was the student director of the university, Professor Md. Sharif Hasan Limon said, "Khubisus is very skillfully presenting Khulna University to the country and nation. I want this organization to become a role model for journalism."
