‘BNP chelor person Begum Khaleda Jita has appeared at Senakunj in Dhaka Cantonment to attend the reception on the occasion of ’Armed Forces Day'. After a long time, her presence was a response to the Chief Advisor of the Interim Government. Muhammad Yunus said, we are proud to bring him.
He gave this reaction at the reception ceremony of Senakunj on Thursday (November 21) afternoon.
Dr. Yunus said, "The wife of martyred President Geeur Rahman Begum Khaleda Jita has not got a chance to come here for a year. We are proud to have given this opportunity. Thank you again for joining everyone on a special day despite a long illness. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Earlier, Khaleda Ji left from Feroza, Gulshan's residence around 3:30 in the afternoon and reached Senakunj around 4:30 in the afternoon.
On November 13, 2010, Khaleda Ji was dragged from the 40-year memory of her family to a cup from the Bai of Shaheed Mainul Road in Dhaka Cantonment. He was forced to take out, and he went to the Senakuj of the cantonment today.
The BNP chairperson participated in a public program for the first time since 2018. Earlier, he last visited Sylhet on February 5, 2018. This is the year 2012 Armed Forces Day, which was attended by former Prime Minister Khaleda Jita.
26 senior leaders including Khaleda Jita Chao BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman, Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and other 26 senior leaders have also been invited to the Saswastra Bahini Day event.
