Finally, BNP chelor partner Khaleda Gita's lawyers have received the certified copy of the Gita Orphanage Trust corruption case.
Peshkar Mokarram Hossain of Special Judge Court-5 handed over the copy of the RAT to the lawyers at 4:20 pm on Saturday.
Khaleda Gita's lawyer Advocate Sanaullah Mita confirmed the news of the copy of the rail.
Earlier, on February 8, Khaleda Gee was sentenced to 5 years in prison in this case. Since that day she has been imprisoned in the old jail on Nazimuddin Road in the capital.
After receiving the copy of the raft, Khaleda's lawyers said that bail application will be made in the High Court tomorrow, Tuesday.
