Gita Orphanage Trust corruption case has been started hearing appeal against BNP Chairman Begum Khaleda Gita's bail.
On Tuesday morning, lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan started hearing on behalf of the ACC in the four-judge appellate bench headed by the Chief Justice.
Attorney General Mahbube Alam and Khaleda's behalf, Zamir Uddin Sarkar, Khandkar Mahbub Hossain and Jatanul Abedin were present on the state side.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Stati Committee members Khandkar Mosharraf Hossain and Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury were seen in the court premises.
