Kamalnagar Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Omar Farooq Sagar said that those who will distribute relief materials will reach all the helpless if contacted one another.
Ramgati Upazila Jubo League President Mejbah Uddin Helal said that there is no coherence in the distribution of food items. At the moment, everyone can go to the upazila control room and deposit relief money or food items. Administrative officials, public representatives and dignitaries of the area will be deprived if those food items are distributed among the disservice.
Chairman of Kamalnagar Upazila Parishad and President of Upazila Jubo League Mejbah Uddin Ahmed Bappi expressed his anger and said that the local member of parliament Major (retd.) 900 packets of relief materials of Abdul Mannan have been distributed in any form of the sajjai. Ramgati Press Club president Rezaul Haque said that all individuals or organizations would have been distributed together if they had given relief together. The helplessness could not be left out.
Kamalnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Mubarak Hossain said that from now on, the food items should be distributed as per the government instructions.They should be in touch with the administration and coordinated.
Ramgati upazila executive officer. Abdul Momin said that the list is being prepared on the basis of priority for the poor and all the donations will be deducted from one jataga.
