On the occasion of Shardi Durgetsav, former BNP MP Ashraf Uddin Nijan donated 58 thousand taka personally in 14 puja mandaps of Ramgati and Kamalnagar upazilas of Laxmipur.
On Saturday night, three in Kamalnagar upazila, 30,000 taka 30,000 taka and 5,000 taka 5,000 taka in 11 puja mandaps of Ramgati upazila.
BNP leaders donated on behalf of the former MP, which was attended by Kamalnagar Upazila BNP General Secretary Nurul Huda Chowdhury, Hazirhat Uniton BNP President Md. Farhad Hossain Mita, Falcon Uniton BNP General Secretary Md Ibrahim, Jubo Dal leader Sahab Uddin Roni, Mohammad Dolan and student leader Belatet Hossain, Amjad Hossain and other leaders and activists.
Ramgati Upazila BNP Vice President Khorshed Alam, General Secretary Jamal Uddin, Organizational Secretary Md. Abdur Rab, Municipal BNP President and former Metor Shahed Ali Patu of Ramgati Municipal Council, Vice President Aparup Das.
Kamalnagar Upazila BNP General Secretary Nurul Huda Chowdhury said that this time again, financial donation has been given to 14 puja mandaps of Ramgati and Kamalnagar upazilas on behalf of former MP Ashraf Uddin Nijan.
