Surat Hasi Clinic in Kamalnagar is closed, women and children deprived of service

The Surya Hasi Clinic in Kamalnagar, Laxmipur has been closed for the past 10 days. Due to the Corona situation, the medical services of their safety clinic have been stopped and hundreds of women and children are being deprived of services in various areas of the upazila.
On Sunday morning (April 5) the locks were seen at Surya Hasi Clinic adjacent to Hazirhat Coast College, while the women and children who came for the service are going back to service.
The locals know that the clinic has been closed since March 27. The medical services are not going on. The patients are coming back. The clinic is closed; there is no notice that the service will be launched, which is why many patients have come and ferried more than once.
It is known that the clinic used to provide medical services to the clinic on Saturday to Thursday. It was available for the treatment of general diseases including maternal health services, pregnancy services, child health services, family planning, family planning, safe delivery services, postnatal services, and more than half a hundred patients were taken care of every day.
The clinic's lab technician Nipu Chandra Das said the clinic has been closed to ensure its safety in the coronavirus situation and the clinic will be closed along with the government leave.
The manager of the clinic, Abu Saeed Mamun, said that the health services of the Sun's smile clinic have been stopped by the decision of the authorities, but mobile based health services have been launched, our clinic services are closed on all government holiday days.
In this situation of Coronavirus, private hospitals or clinics do not treat common patients. Health Minister Zahid Malek has warned that strict action will be taken including cancellation of their license if they are sitting on their hands.
