Rapist Altaf Hossain Masud (45) was arrested on Tuesday (September 24) afternoon for the rape of a seven-year-old child named Selina Akhtar Smriti in Char Jangalnagara village in Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur. The police sent the case to the police, the mother of the child, on Monday night (September 23) night.
