The funeral of prominent businessman Ali Ahmed was held in Kamalnagar of Laxmipur and the father of eminent businessman Ali Ahmed of daily Yugantar's district representative Abul Kalam Azad and daily Yugantar Ramgati-Kamalnagar representative Sajjadur Rahman Sajjad.
On Monday (March 28) afternoon, his funeral prayers were held at his home in Hajihat of the upazila, which was attended by the community of scholars, journalists, socio-political and people from different walks of life.
The two sons of the deceased, journalists Abul Kalam Azad and Sajjadur Rahman, were tearful to talk about this father.
According to family sources, for a long time due to old age He was ill and was a pious man in his personal life at 8 am in the city of Olte Ketor Hospital in Laxmipur city.
When the funeral was attended, various social persons reminisced about the departed.
