In Kamalnagar, Laxmipur, the factory has been duplicated by Banful & Co., which is selling fake food products and marketing of various products using BSTI's reg number.
The Ministry of Health of this factory has no approval from the Ministry of Health, Department of Environment, Directorate of Narcotics, Department of Narcotics, Department of Narcotics, BBSTI, Ministry of Commerce, but this factory is marketing the product of BSTI.
Locals and businessmen said that in the name of Sarat Food Products, they are selling low-quality food products and selling fake logos of Banful and Number Otan. Last Friday, the factory was seen in a very dirty environment and these products were being made in a very dirty environment and in low-quality raw materials.
Upazila Safe Inspector (Sanitary Inspector) Mizanur Rahman said, no approval has been received from us at the Sarat Food Fodacts factory.
In this regard, Gitas Ahmed Sarat, the owner of Sarat Food Products, said, "I have the approval but could not show it to the reporter. When asked that you are selling it in the forest level and the mob, he said that I will distribute some semai every year in Ramadan. He also said that the administration and the government are not able to do anything.
Kamalnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammad Mahbubul Alam Majumdar said that such a fake factory has come to the fore and will be visited soon.
