Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said there are many mistakes in the 16th Amendment of the Constitution and the Rat's observation that there are many mistakes in the observation of Ra't.
The Prime Minister said this in a discussion in the capital on Monday afternoon in memory of the August 21, 2004 grenade attack. The Prime Minister also spoke at the Rag Nit of the Appellate Division, declaring the 16th Amendment of the Constitution illegal 13 years ago, and the Chief Justice's comments on Sunday were taken by the Chief Justice.
The Appellate Division led by the Chief Justice of the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was declared illegal on July 3. The full-fledged Ratsar Parliament, the law-enactment system, the reserved women's seats, the country's development, the government's system, and the government's comments, were very angry. The government, however, did not say anything on the issue until now.
However, on the 13th anniversary of the August 21 grenade attack, the Prime Minister spoke about the Chief Justice, a part of the speech, referring to the Chief Justice.
The Prime Minister said, ‘Today, I see various statements, political talk and threats from the High Court.’
‘I sometimes wonder that those whom we are employed by the Excellency the President, after receiving this appointment and all the things being said about the parliament, members who are being called criminals, there are businessmen, is it a crime?’
‘Should have gone away’
The prime minister criticized the question of electoral procedures in the reserved women's seats in the parliament, and 50 members were elected to the votes of parliamentarians instead of direct votes.
‘Commenting on ’It is a democratic system and it is constitutional‘, the Prime Minister said, ’The Chief Justice has commented on his voice that why women should be elected in this way."
The President is also elected by the votes of the MPs, the Prime Minister said, ‘The members of Parliament elect the President and that President appoints the Chief Justice. Then the President can elect the Parliament and by that President, he forgot his words while sitting in the chair?’
‘If the women parliamentarians cannot be elected, how can the president be elected? It is in the Parliamentary System of Democracy.’
‘He (Chief Justice) should have stepped down from this position before he said this,’ said the Prime Minister, ‘Since this parliament cannot make a woman MP, this parliament cannot be made by the president and since this president has given me an appointment, I will not stay in this position.’
‘The President's power is not given to him, because he is not getting the power of the President’
The Constitution has given the President the Prime Minister and the Chief Justice, but the Chief Justice wants the President to take over the power of the President, he said, ‘How does he take the power that the Constitution gives the President?’ It's not so much anger and anger because it's not being given.’
The Prime Minister also complained that the Attorney General was being commented on the court saying, ‘Why?’
‘Wrong’ comment on the rails
The Chief Justice made a mistake in the observation of the law enforcement, said that if any law is made, the Ministry will first make a policy and then if the cabinet gives the policy approval, then after the approval of it again in the parliament, after the approval of it, the parliament will be amended there. Then it is the parliamentary committee. Finally it came to Parliament again, when the amendment proposal came again, it was passed and the law was passed.
The Prime Minister said, ‘After so much scrutiny, the law that we make and it takes two thirds to amend the constitution, the constitution has been amended in two thirds. And one pen is a sword that will be rejected...’
‘ That means so many parliamentarians, so many officers that all worked together, none of them have any knowledge, knowledge, knowledge of those two people?’
The Prime Minister said that the government has said that it has been wrong in the management of the parliament, he said, ‘The cabinet has decided how long the parliament will continue and what will continue. The three said, "It is completely wrong. We will never discuss how long the parliament will continue in the parliament. In fact, who has such a small idea about the practice of the parliament, he cannot write that the cabinet is not all decisions about the practice of the parliament."
The decision was made by the Committee of the Committee headed by the Speaker of the Constitution and Procedure Rules, the Prime Minister said that the members of all the parties are members of this committee.
‘There are many things in his writing, there are many contradications. I feel unusual afterwards, taking notes, by the grace of Allah, we can say this in Parliament.’
‘Why do you want the Supreme Judicial Council?’
The Prime Minister, who has not been in the hands of the Parliament, has said that he does not like any of the articles of the Constitution which were in the original constitution. That Gitaur Rahman has illegally seized power. He liked the Supreme Judicial Council through the Martial Law Ordinance, but he does not like the clause that the Constitution has created by the Parliament by the Parliament.‘
The prime minister also alleged that the chief justice was trying to save the head of the judicial inquiry committee formed during the August 21 grenade attack, which is the corruption of the judge against the judge. The Supreme Court had written to the ACC not to investigate the allegations.
Referring to this letter, the Prime Minister said, ‘The Anti-Corruption Commission will investigate, if the investigation is conducted Guilty, to seek justice in court would have been in court to seek justice If he did not go, he could have said something but it cannot be done in the investigation, how does the Chief Justice say this? That means that it is not the duty of the Chief Justice to protect the corrupt person, it is not the whole of the constitution to be neglected, to violate the constitution.’
‘Why can't he be judged? He has given a lot of sly, so if he gives him the rage, he can't be judged, what kind of thing again. How is that?’
‘ How did he write this letter?’ Commenting on the Prime Minister said, ‘That means there will be no trial if there is a Supreme Judicial Council.’
Knowing that the person who has been making a urinary urge on the urge of the certificate, the urinating on the walls of the diplomatic mission during the coalition government, the Prime Minister said, ‘Does he want the Supreme Judicial Council to protect all those who have destroyed the court?’
‘Don't he go on the flyover?’
The Prime Minister also responded to the negative comments made by Ra't's observation, he said, ‘What is the point of anyone?’ Date of a country, it has not been done, it has not been improved, but today, the poverty alleviation has been done, where it was 47 percent, it has been 22 percent.
Sheikh Hasina also asked whether the Chief Justice Flyover and the road is on the road or not. He said, ‘Today, we have prepared to deal with the flood. We have made all the arrangements so that a person should not eat, we have made it all the way we have the power. It is not the same, then what is the difference, what is the constitution and the power will be violated?’ It will not happen in Bangladesh.’
‘Other judges could not give their opinion freely’
Even if the appeal bench of seven judges is tried, the Chief Justice Chai will give his opinion freely ‘I don't know how much free every judge of the Appellate Division has got the chance to give an opinion,’ he said, "I don't know, the chance was not given to them."
Trials will be tried if they are trying to take power illegally
If anyone wants to seize power outside the constitution, the Prime Minister also recalls the consequences, he said, ‘What is in Article 7 of the Constitution, if anyone tries to seize power illegally, then he will be tried and the people's justice is justice.’ I will say to think that too.’
