The freshman of the Islamic University (EB) environmental organization ‘Green V's‘, the Praveen Bida and ’Fall Utsav' was held on Wednesday (July 26) at two o'clock in the afternoon. It was held in room number 527 of Ozed Mita Vigyan Bhavan.
The president of the organization, Mokhleshur Rahman Sweet, was the chief guest, the associate professor of the law department was the chief guest. Armin Khatun was the guest of the central green voces, Alamgir Kabir, writer and researcher Gauhar Naeem Otara, EB Press Club President Abu Huraira, Green Vests Khulna Division Coordinator Ariful Islam and Student Unity IB Sangsad President Immanul Sohan.
The event was jointly conducted by the organization members Abdullah Al Kafi and Hasibur Rahman, the young and old members of the organization were present.
Author and researcher Gauhar Naeem Otara said, "We have to change ourselves to protect the environment. We have to bring it to the poor and we are constantly distracting water and food. As a result, people from other parts of the country have to suffer. The Creator has sent us in sufficient sustenance." We are facing food shortage only because of the bad weather.
He also said that the fish is a threat to our native fish, which has been released from the love of luxury people and has been found in the canal bill. He has brought gold medals, but this suffering is the common man's suffering happening in our country Some forest trees are being planted in other countries, in which even birds do not nest. He asked everyone to write letters about various environmental problems in the area. He forbids to pluck the flowers and fruits of the tree without any need.
In the speech of the chief guest, Associate Professor Dr. Armin Khatun said, keep your eyes open. Starting from polythene, you have to keep the tissue you use. We have to keep it in the same way. We who drive motorcycles or any other vehicles, they are always doing noise pollution.‘
He said to the young people, there are two ways in life, one is good and the other is bad. You have to choose which way you go. The path will be smooth if you follow the path. The event was held with a 100 freshman members of the tree and a celebrating award of the year, the celebrating ceremony was completed with a fruit festival and a delightful cultural program.
