The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has changed the first T-TooTenti of the two-match series against Sri Lanka. The new face of the 15-member squad announced on Saturday (February 10) is 5. They are Abu Jayed Rahi, Ariful Haque, Mehdi Hasan, Zakir Hasan and Afif Hossain Dhruv.
Mominul Haque, Imrul Kats, Liton Das, Mehdi Hasan Miraj, Nasir Hossain, Shafiul Islam and Taskin Ahmed have been left out.
After that, Abu Hadar Rony has returned to the team, and Ronnie last played in the T20 World Cup in 2016. After that match against Oman, he did not play in the national team. Shakib Al Hasan is returning again.
The remaining members of the team are Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Ritad, Mostafizur Rahman, Sabbir Rahman, Rubel Hossain and Mohammad Saif Uddin.
The first T20I of the two-match series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will be held at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Stadium on February 15. The next day, the two teams will leave for Sylhet.
After the 17th of February, the series will end on February 18 in the Sylhet International Cricket between the second and the last T20I.
