Farid Ahmed Abir, Rajshahi: The court sentenced a young man to two sections of rigorous imprisonment by cloning the mobile number of the Durgapur Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Rajshahi. Gitaur Rahman declared the Raat, which confirmed the information of the state's lawyer Ismat Ara.
The name of the convicted youth is Rakibul Islam (22). He is a resident of Mahishamui village of Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat.
The lawyer of the court called the case of the pastor in the year, and then he called Samchul Islam again, he said that he wanted to make a mistake in the matter of the year.
In this incident, he filed a case against the unidentified person under the Durgapur Thana Digital Security Act, and later the police investigated and filed a charge sheet against the three. The court acquitted the other two accused and Rakibul was sentenced.
Ismat Ara also said that one section court sentenced Rakibul to two years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Tk 1 lakh. Another section has sentenced him to one year rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Tk 1 lakh. If he does not pay the fine, the court has ordered another three months' imprisonment for each 1 lakh. The accused will be sentenced to two years of imprisonment.
