A case has been filed against 36 people including the new joint secretary general of the organization Mamunul Haque, the new joint secretary general of the organization, for the murder of Amir Allama Ahmad Shafi, the leader of Hefazat Islam.
The brother-in-law of Allama Ahmad Shafi, Moin Uddin, confirmed the case of filing the case.
The case was filed in the court of Shibli Kumar Dey in Chittagong on Thursday, and the PBI has ordered an investigation into the case.
